Business Meetings

The Great Hall and Dining Room is available during the daytime for boardroom style meetings for up to 24 participants, or small theatre-style presentations or conferences for up to 50 delegates. POA

We can offer morning and afternoon refreshments and a working lunch.for a packaged price of £30. All prices are subject to VAT.

Picton Castle is one of the most unusual and impressive locations in West Wales for a corporate event whether a small informal meeting, high level product launch or dining reception.

The Conference Rooms are located in the Castle Courtyard and benefit from level access. The rooms are The Lecture Theatre, Picton Room and Picton Gallery with ample parking and catering available on site.

Dinners and Receptions

For special occasions of all kinds,Picton Castle is the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening. Whether it is a company celebration, organising a banquet, rewarding your staff, or entertaining clients in style, your guests will be impressed by the fabulous interiors, breathtaking views and warm hospitality they’ll experience at our unique venue. We can arrange anything from a drinks reception for 30 guests to a lavish gala dinner for 200 plus, exclusive private dining to exceptional corporate hospitality.

Our Marquee Site

The North lawn is a large and flexible space which has accommodated marquees for events ranging up to 300 guests. We have two recommended marquee companys. Blue Sky Marquees & Dingle, who attend our weddings at the castle. You will have exclusive use of the marquee site for the day. Guests are free to relax and enjoy the grounds and gardens.
