Due to a private event castle tours will only be available at 2pm and 3pm on Thursday 6th September 2018

(With the exception of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Special Events detailed below as known)

The Picton Experience Ticket 

Want to do everything when you get here? Then ask for this great value ticket which gives you access to the Gardens, a Castle Tour, and The Secret Owl Garden!

Adults: £13.00

Seniors: £12.00

Children: (Aged 5 – 16 years) £8.00

Children: (Aged 2 – 4 years) £4.00

Family: (2 Adults & 2 Children Aged 2 -15  years) £34.50

*Please Note: We are delighted to be hosting three weddings during the month of June, however this will affect tours of the Castle on the following dates:

Saturday 2 June: Morning tours only at 11am and 12 noon

Saturday 9 June: No Castle Tours

Friday 22 June: One Castle Tour only today at 4.00pm

Dogs Welcome! Dogs on leads are more than welcome to accompany visitors within the Gardens – with the 40 acres providing more than ample scope for them to get plenty of exercise! All we ask is for you to bring along a ‘poopy bag’ – or ask at our shop – and dispose of these responsibly. We do not advise that you leave your dog in your car.  Assistance dogs such as Guide Dogs, are permitted in the Castle.

There are 3 wheelchairs on site, which are available free of charge. Please enquire at the Ticket Office
2  Disabled toilets –  located in the toilet blocks near the Courtyard entrance
Pathways from Ticket Office to Courtyard and Walled Garden are wheelchair friendly

The grounds are approximately 70% accessible

Castle tours are  accessible (entry on the level) and after main floor, access to the Undercroft is by ramp. Please inform the shop when purchasing your ticket

Our Gift Shop, Galleries and Restaurant are all accessible
Disabled parking is available in the main car park

Assistance dogs such as Guide Dogs, are permitted in the Castle
