THE CASTLE WILL BE CLOSED FOR ONE DAY ON 21ST OCTOBER 2020. THE GARDENS AND WELSH OWL GARDEN WILL REMAIN OPEN. THE CASTLE WILL ALSO BE CLOSED ON THE AFTERNOON OF TUESDAY 20TH. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
The Welsh Owl Garden will also be open daily and is free for all visitors to Picton Castle and Gardens.
Pre-booking is not required to visit, but if you would like to purchase your garden tickets in advance you can do so here https://www.pictoncastle.co.uk/product/daily-ticket
Maria’s restaurant will be open daily for takeaway drinks and a reduced food menu. There are tables available inside the restaurant but seating is very limited.
The castle is open for guided tours daily, with social distancing regulations in mind. We are limiting the guests to ten per tour, and we ask that everyone over the age of 11 please wear a mask inside the castle. We will be implementing the NHS test, trace and protect scheme as part of our legal obligations, and we would like to reassure our visitors that any information gathered will be used for this sole purpose.
These times are subject to change. Please be aware that tours fill up very quickly so we advise arriving as early as possible to book your place.
Please be aware that a castle tour is an extra charge, as a gardens ticket is required in order to book on a tour.
We ask that social distancing regulations are adhered to whilst on site. If you feel unwell please do not enter.
