- Under 5’s: FREE
This ticket gives you access to our 40 acres of beautiful woodland gardens. If you wish to purchase a castle tour ticket, this can be done in our gift shop.
Castle tour prices 2019
Access to the castle is by guided tour only and prices are as follows
- Adults: Additional £4
- Children 5-16: Additional £2
We would advise parents that our castle tour is not suitable for very young children as the tour lasts approximately 50 minutes and is detailed and informative. In the school holidays we try to offer family friendly tours daily, which are more suitable.
- During the summer period (1st April-2nd November), we allow our season ticket holders to bring a guest for half price.
- Historic House Association and art fund members can access our gardens free of charge, and will be entitled to a free castle tour.
- RHS membership holders can access our gardens free of charge but will have to pay an additional £4 if they wish to have a castle tour.
- We are happy accept Gardener’s World two for one membership cards for garden admissions

Events -Tickets for some events can now be purchased online from the page for each event. You can put several tickets in your shopping cart then pay for them with a debit or credit card or with PayPal at the PayPal site.
