Volunteering at Picton

Picton Castle Gardens is always delighted to welcome new volunteers to join our team. Voluntary work can include any of the following roles:

  • Stewarding the castle’s state rooms
  • Leading guided tours of the castle
  • As part of our vibrant garden team
  • Assisting with our regular programme of events and workshops
  • As well as working alongside our volunteer researchers, conservationists and becoming involved in caring for this incredible castle and collection.

Volunteers are given full training. We provide mileage costs, there are invitations to exclusive social events, such as our Christmas Carol Concert and every month we run a lottery to win a family annual admission pass.
